A. Differences in heating methods
Air source heat pump: air energy heat pump itself is only a hot water supply equipment. It can supply heat, and then cooperate with other heating terminals to realize heating, such as radiator, fan coil, air energy floor heating machine, floor heating pipe, etc. can be used as its heating terminal, and different heating methods can be selected according to different residences.
Air conditioning: whether it is a vertical air conditioning or a wall mounted air conditioning, it can only use the active hot air way to achieve heating.
B. Differences in parts
Air energy heat pump: special compressor for heat pump, antifreeze and high efficiency tank condenser, with system high pressure protection and control.
Air conditioning: compressor, fin condenser or plate condenser.
In these components
The biggest difference between air source heat pump and air conditioner is the different compressor, which determines the use effect and use area of the product.
Take R22 for example.
Air conditioning compressor shall be selected for air conditioning. The maximum operating pressure shall not exceed 2MPa, the compressor ratio shall be less than 7, and the maximum exhaust temperature shall not exceed 90 degrees.
However, the air source heat pump must use a heat pump compressor, with a maximum operating pressure of 3Mpa, a compressor ratio of 12, even higher to 20, and a maximum exhaust temperature of 110 degrees.
The difference of these parameters requires that the processing accuracy, bearing strength and motor temperature resistance of the heat pump compressor are improved by an order of magnitude compared with that of the air conditioning compressor.
C. Difference of heat exchange mechanism
Air energy heat pump: Although the heat transfer is realized through the refrigerant, in the final heat exchange stage, the heat pump uses the water to exchange heat, and the air conditioner uses the refrigerant as the medium throughout.
In the water cycle, even if the heat pump is shut down, the water flow will stay in the indoor pipeline and continuously emit temperature. This is equivalent to adding a heat buffer. Moreover, if the fan coil or air heating machine is used as the end, the hot air is obtained from the hot water at the end, so the overall humidity is more in line with the physiological habits of the human body, and will not cause air conditioning diseases such as dry mouth and dry tongue.
Air conditioning: air conditioning adopts "fluorine circulation" to realize heat conduction. A large number of hot air is discharged from the air outlet of the air conditioner, and the purpose of warming up is indeed achieved. However, this violent active heat convection scheme will greatly increase the evaporation of water on the surface of the human skin, resulting in dry air, dry mouth, and poor comfort.
