Operating temperature is one of the main factors that affect the life of compressor. Under the same operating time, the comprehensive load of compressor in air energy heat pump is higher than that in air conditioning.
E. Differences in use environment
Specification and type selection requirements of parts:
Air conditioning and air energy heat pump can be used at different ambient temperatures.
When the air conditioner is heating, the highest ambient temperature is 21 ℃. According to the national standard, the best use environment is from 21 ℃ to - 7 ℃.
But air energy heat pumps are different. For water heater, spring and autumn days also need to use, according to the national standard requirements of air energy heat pump, its use range is 43 ℃ to - 20 ℃.
Because the ambient temperature range of air energy heat pump is wider, the specification of its components is higher than that of air conditioning.
Requirements for temperature and pressure:
Due to the different use environment and purpose, air energy heat pump requires higher temperature and pressure.
The maximum air temperature of the air conditioner is 50 ℃, and the condensation pressure is 1.8-2mpa.
The requirement of air energy heat pump is 60 ℃ or even 65 ℃, and the condensation pressure is 2.5-2.8mpa. 40% of the pressure difference, plus the low temperature environment, especially - 20 ℃, the evaporation pressure is also very low, 0.2-0.15mpa, the water temperature still needs to be heated to more than 50 ℃, or 60 ℃ or even 65 ℃, at this time, the condensation pressure is still 2.7-2.8mpa, the compression ratio is far greater than 15, larger than the use range of the compression ratio of the air conditioning compressor.
