 Air conditioning

F. Differences in system defrosting

Generally speaking, the greater the difference between the temperature of the refrigerant and the outdoor temperature, the more serious the frost will be.

Air energy heat pump itself relies on small temperature difference heat transfer, while air conditioning is large temperature difference.

Air energy heat pump focuses on heating in winter, which absorbs heat in low temperature environment. The temperature in winter is - 120 degrees, and the temperature of refrigerant is - 230 degrees, and the temperature difference is only about 10 degrees.

Air conditioning focuses on refrigeration, and the maximum temperature in summer is 45 °C, while the exhaust temperature of the compressor reaches 80-90 °C, or even 100 °C, with a temperature difference of 40-50 °C.

Therefore, in the same case, the heat exchange area of air energy heat pump is much larger than that of air conditioning, which is the reason why the volume of air energy heat pump is larger than that of air conditioning.

According to the conventional control logic, the defrosting time of air conditioning is generally about 10 minutes, while the defrosting time of air energy heat pump heating unit is usually a local control logic, such as Qingdao in Shandong Province and Qinhuangdao in Hebei Province, the defrosting is more frequent than that in Shanxi Province. Professional air source heat pump manufacturers, generally a latitude a control logic, and according to the local climate to adjust.

No matter from the control logic and evaporator area, or from the difference between the refrigerant and outdoor temperature, the defrosting performance of air energy heat pump is far better than that of air conditioning, and the possibility of frosting is less, so the overall effective heat provided is greater than that of air conditioning.

Differences in implementation of national standards

Air energy heat pump: mainly including domestic hot water, commercial hot water, domestic heating, commercial heating and other standards. With the heating capacity and performance coefficient as the measurement index, the cooling capacity and energy efficiency ratio of the heating and cooling machine must also be examined.

Air conditioning: mainly including domestic air conditioning, multi connected, air-cooled chillers and other standards, with the refrigerating capacity and energy efficiency ratio as the measurement indicators.
