I was having severe muscle spasms in my lower back. It was like a constant storm that came and went. At times when the pain was real severe I would take a pain pill, but that is something you want to hold out for extreme situations. Most times I was using an ice pack, which brought temporary relief. Stretching exercises helped as well. The Vietnamese man who did acupuncture on me suggested the chili patches. I feel nothing after sticking them on for a few hours. Then I get a little warm, then after about 12 hours, they get really hot. When you peel them off they keep working. I am proud to say this has completely cured me of my muscle spasms. My sister and mother use Chili plaster for their knee. One word of caution I would offer. Do not peel them off, and jump in the shower. You will feel a deep burn with hot or cold water.

The patches are simply great! I would invite anyone with chronic pain to try them and to find out for themselves. Other than that, I wouldn't recommend this seller as you do not get tracking information as to when your product will arrive. The packaging was horrible. This seller sent the items in a plain envelope and it came already ripped and about two weeks after I made the purchase. The patches were not protected during packaging and shipment and as it was torn, one could simply pull them from the hole.
