(2) During warranty period, new replacements will be sent together with next order after we get approved from after sales department. PS: Your high-definition pictures or video of the failure will be needed while processing warranty issues.
PS: Defective rate of JC Lights is very low -- only about 0.5%, so please don’t worry.
