Check these 7 items before starting the machine
1. Check whether each voltage is balanced.
If the voltage is too high or too low, the compressor will not start because the compressor has start protection. The voltage unbalance between phases shall be less than 2%, and the voltage shall be about 360-420v.
2. Check whether the unit voltage and electrical system wiring are firm.
It is mainly to determine whether there is any problem in the circuit, whether there is abnormal action of the electrical components, whether the leakage protector can operate effectively, etc. if there is any abnormality, it shall be repaired and replaced in time. If the power supply is normal and the wiring in the circuit is wrong, some parts of the system will not respond, such as the water pump does not turn, the wire controller and the operator do not light up, etc.
3.Check whether the safety protection device of the unit is disassembled or adjusted.
All the safety protection devices in the main engine are set before delivery, but sometimes the customer will adjust themselves due to some circumstances. For example, the system water pump is small, but it has been installed. Party A does not want to replace it, so the water flow switch is short circuited. In this way, if the time is long, it is easy to have high-voltage protection of the host.
4. Check the fluorine system for leakage.
It is to check whether there is oil stain on the pipeline joints and air charging valves in the machine. If there is oil stain, it means that there has been leakage before use. In this way, low-voltage protection will appear when the machine is turned on, or the heating effect of the host will be affected. If the refrigerant leaks, find the leakage point first, deal with the leakage point, and then check the pressure gauge to see if it needs to be supplemented.
