These 10 items need to be checked after startup
1. Check whether all parts of the main engine work normally.
Mainly check the compressor, sensor, expansion valve, etc.
2. Check whether the working pressure of the main engine system is normal.
Abnormal pressure is usually caused by fluorine system. Low pressure is generally fluorine leakage, high pressure is either fluorine system blocked, or water system blocked. In case of any abnormality, it shall be repaired and replaced in time.
3. Check whether there is abnormal noise and vibration when the main engine is running.
It is mainly to check whether the foundation of the unit is loose. If it is loose, the noise will be large. At this time, it should be fixed again. If there is any abnormal noise, confirm the noise source.
4. Check whether the compressor has abnormal noise and vibration.
If there is a leak and the lubricating oil leaks a lot, the compressor will turn hard due to the lack of lubricating oil, which will produce abnormal noise. In addition, if the compressor is loose, it will also produce abnormal noise. In case of abnormal noise, it shall be handled according to different situations.
5. Check and record relevant operation data.
For example, the operating voltage and current data of compressor motor. Large commercial projects need to record operation data for later troubleshooting. If the system has faults or problems, these data can be used for judgment and troubleshooting. In addition, the operation data can be recorded to analyze the operation status and efficiency of the unit.
6. Check whether the host controller can operate normally.
For example, if the controller fails or not, if the controller is external, there are many failures. The connecting signal line may be damped, or the connecting line may be loose or damaged because the customer moves back and forth. If it is damp or damaged, it is necessary to replace the connecting wire with a new one.
