Air source heat pump (ASHP) is a new type of heating and refrigeration equipment. It is not only powerful, but also widely used in families, hotels, office buildings and other places. Air source heat pump can not only be used as ground heating, but also as central air conditioning refrigeration.
Air source heat pump has powerful functions and can fully meet the needs of life throughout the year. Compared with traditional heating methods, air source heat pump has many advantages, and attractive more consumers nowadays.
However, when consumers purchase air source heat pump, there are still many vague understandings about air source heat pump, such as the heating and refrigeration principle is one of the most concerned issues.
Principle of Air Source Heat Pump Heating?
Air source heat pump absorbs a large amount of low temperature heat energy in the air through inverse Carnot principle, with very little electric energy, transforms it into high temperature heat energy through compressor compression, transfers it to water tank to heat hot water, so it can consume low, high efficiency, fast speed, good safety, strong environmental protection, and continuously supply hot water.
Simply speaking, when heating in winter, the air source heat pump first adjusts the working position of the reversing valve of the heat pump. By changing the working position, the high-pressure refrigerant vapor discharged by the compressor will flow into the indoor evaporator after the reversing valve. The latent heat released when the refrigerant vapor condenses will heat the indoor air to reach the room. For internal heating purposes, the condensed liquid refrigerant flows backward through the throttle device into the condenser, absorbs external heat and evaporates. The evaporated steam is inhaled by the compressor after passing through the reversing valve to complete the heating cycle.
We OSB heat pump factory adopt air to water heat pump for floor heating, fan coil cooling, hot water. Also we have models can provide those functions at the same time. Feel free to contact us for more information about heat pump!
