Principle of Air Source Heat Pump Refrigeration?
Air source heat pump (ASHP) is a heat pump unit that compresses the recovered low-pressure refrigerant into high-temperature and high-pressure gas and discharges it. The high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant gas flow passes through the copper tube wound outside the water tank, and the heat is transmitted to the water tank through the copper tube. At this time, the high-temperature hot water needed for heating or ground heating can be provided.
Subsequently, the cooled refrigerant becomes liquid under the continuous action of pressure and enters the evaporator after the expansion valve. As the pressure of the evaporator drops sharply, the liquid refrigerant evaporates rapidly into the gaseous state and absorbs a lot of heat. Under the action of fans, a large amount of air flows through the external surface of the evaporator, and the energy in the air is absorbed by the evaporator. The temperature of the air decreases rapidly, and the air is discharged into the fan coil unit to provide refrigeration services.
Then the refrigerant absorbed by the evaporator flows back to the compressor and enters the next cycle. Simply speaking, when air conditioning cooling in summer, according to refrigeration conditions, high-pressure vapor discharged by compressor enters the condenser through reversing valve, refrigerant vapor is condensed into liquid, enters the evaporator through throttling device, and absorbs heat in the evaporator, cooles indoor air, and evaporates refrigerant vapor after reversing valve. By the compressor inhalation, so cycle after cycle, to achieve refrigeration cycle.
Air source heat pump can absorb heat energy from air and transfer it to water for refrigeration and heating. In summer, the fan coil unit is used to refrigerate and in winter, the ground heating pipe and the wind disc are used to provide heating and cooling.
We OSB heat pump factory adopt air to water heat pump for floor heating, fan coil cooling, hot water. Also we have models can provide those functions at the same time. Feel free to contact us for more infomation about heat pump!
