First we must send the sample to Shanghai for an inspection, after we get their inspection report, we need inform Commodity Inspection Bureau go to our factory to check the mass goods, then they need open a Dangerous package license for us to transport the goods to Shanghai port by dangerous goods carrier. Customs of Shanghai will check the goods again according to our Dangerous package license, then our forwarder can load the chemical goods, also you need this inspection report for your customs clearance.
This is a very complex process, we will spend a lot of money and time to do it, so the MOQ should more than one ton.
This product don't has expiry date, even you buy much more, can use it more long time, also the cost will be lower.
