For any small problems, you could show to us the video of your machines and then we would be see whats the problems it had .
For the spare part broken, we can send to your factory, but the freight should be in your side.
For the controller, we have the guarantee for one year. After 1 year, if the controller have problems, you can send to us, we will repair it but cost in your side.
