Q1.When can I get the price?
A:Dear customer,we usually quote within 12 hours after we get your inquiry. 

Q2.Are your samples free or need cost?
A:Actually it depends on the products. Most of them are free.But for some high value spls, it need sample cost and freight collect.

Q3.What is your payment term ?
A:Dear customer, we can accept  T/T  30% deposit,70% balance before shipping or LC.

Q4.Can you do the designs for us?
A:Yes, of course. If you need to design packaging and carton box yourself, please inform us, we will quote according to your requirement. If you don"t have any requirements, we"ll quote you according to our regular packing  

Q5.What about the lead time for mass production?
A:generally.Within 25-30days after received the customer deposit. 

Q6. Do you have any MOQ limit?
