1. Light source module:

3. Heat dissipation module:

The shell of explosion-proof lamp is formed by high-pressure casting of aluminium alloy, and the heat dissipation performance of the shell is effectively improved by high-voltage electrostatic spraying after shot blasting; the circuit board is close to the aluminium alloy shell, which can instantly convert the point heat source to the surface heat source, and the heat dissipation area is doubled, which is conducive to rapid heat dispersal and improve the heat dissipation efficiency; the shell surface has airflow dispersion groove, which takes heat away by means of air flow.
