A: 1. If amount is less than USD5,000, 100% T/T in advance.
2. If amount more than USD5,000,30% T/T in advance, 70% T/T against the copy of B/L.
3. If amount more than USD30,000, 30% T/T in advance, 70% L/C at sight is acceptable.

Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send free replacements with new order for small quantity.
For defective batch products, we will resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
