The lamp body has an inner high-capacity lithium battery, which relies on the solar panel to absorb sunlight energy then convert it into electrical energy in the battery, which then being provided to the solar lamp and monitoring work. Wi-Fi connection is required for monitoring operation, then the operation can be viewed remotely in real time, switch lights on&off or playback through APP. Products are widely used in home backyard, farms, orchards, etc.

Q1: Are you a manufacturer or a trade company?
A1: We are a manufacturer of LED industrial lighting in shenzhen,which quality ,reliabitlity and Service since 2008.

Q2. Can I have a sample order for led light?
A2: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

Q3. What about the lead time?
A3: Samples within 3-5 days, big order within 12-15 working days.

Q4. Do you have any MOQ limit for led light order?
A4: Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available. but normally we advise for one full box to make sure goods safety during the shipments.

Q5. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A5: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. Airline and sea shipping also optional. your forwarder also okay for us. Mass order normally we advise by sea,much more cost effective.

Q6. What about Payment?
A6:Bank Transfer (TT), Paypal,Western Union,Trade assurance;
30% deposit ,the balance 70%  should be paid before shippment.

Q7. Is it OK to print my logo on led light product?
A7: Yes. please show us the art work before our production and making first sample confirm then start mass order production management.

Q8: How to deal with the faulty?
A8: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less  than 0.1%. Secondly, during the warranty period, we will repair or replace defected spare parts or products.
