There is a promotion in our company , free samples can be provided by filling up with the apply form ( Freight fee by your side )For a small quantity trial order ( 100pcs≤QTY≤1000 pcs ), there will be 20% for the sample fee , we will refund to you when in batch order . If any customized service like add logo etc,please inform us in advance.

Q4. Can I print my logo on led light product?

Q6: How to deal with the faulty( not include the human factor )?
A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.Our product is no more than 10% lumen depreciation in normal . Secondly, during the guarantee period, if quality problems existed :
1. For small quantity , we would replace the new lights to you in the new order .
2. For defective batch products, we will go to your company to ask for information about the product and repair them.
Thirdly,the products beyond the guarantee period ,we will charge the basic maintenance.
