3. Warranty and after-services (Product Failure)
If you have installed the product according to the instructions and used it for the purpose it is designed, and it has ailed within the promised period, then you deserve a replacement.
We require as much information as you can supply (including pictures or videos if possible) to give us feedback on the cause of a failure to ensure we take that into consideration in our manufacturing process in the future. We promise to work hard on your behalf to ensure a replacement can be sent to you ASAP.
Please note – However, we have the greatest confidence in all the products we produce, no one can warranty a product used in competition conditions, and we always recommend carrying a spare in that case!
4 How do you ship the goods?
(1) UPS/DHL/FEDEX and so on.
(2) Please select your favorable shipping method; or we could offer several shipping options for you if needed.
(3) The shipping discount differs in different season and depends on the weight of goods; we will choose the safest and cheapest way for you.
