Shipping

- Air shipping, China post (E-Packet), Express (DHL, UPS, FEDEX, EMS)

- Sea shipping, from Shenzhen port or Guangzhou port to any other’s destination port.

Trade terms

1. Payment, 30% T/T as deposit before production , 70% balance before shipment .

2. Price Term, EXW Ingleby factory, FOB Shenzhen, CIF your destination port.

3. Leading Time, within 3- 10 working days after payment confirmed

A2. We don’t have MOQ requirements if you order our normal products. Any quantity is acceptable.

3. Do you provide Warranty? How about the after-sales service?

A3. We provide 12 months guarantee and offer friendly and easy-to-reach support.

4. Do you have IP65 outdoor laser light?

A4. Yes, we have IP65 outdoor laser light.

5. Except the outdoor laser light, what’s the IP rating of your other products?

A5. Most of our products are IP33.
