Q1: May i have a free sample?
A1: Yes, the process divided into two parts.Part 1, buyer needs to pay for the sample cost at first. Part 2, bulk order confirmed, the sample cost would be return.
Q2:How do you deliver them to me and what’s the delivery time?
A2: On usual, the products which contain battery shipped by UPS, FedEx and special line;
these without battery shipped by DHL,EMS. By normal express, the delivery time would be 3-5days, for special line, that would take 9-15days.
Q3: How to process the order if I have logo to print?
A3: At first, buyer shares artwork of design,next,the production dept made a sample for confirmation,finally, the production for bulk order was done as sample.
Q4: Do you offer guarantee for the products?
A4: One-year warranty, artificial damage or damage due to force majeure is not covered under warranty
