Q: Are you factory? Can you manufacture the device as I wish?

A: We are factory and have export right can export directly,some trading company get goods from our factory. Our company has its own R & D team, OEM & ODM & OBM are available. 
Q: When could I get the quotation?
A: We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us or tell us in your email, so that we would regard your inquiry priority.
Q: Do you accept small orders?
A: Pls fell free to contact us no matter how many products you want, we will try our best to get the best price for you. 

Q: Do you accept sample order?

A: Yes, we accept sample orders, and price is also good. 

Q: What is the lead time?  

A: Sample time 1 - 7 days, will arrive in 3 - 7 working days. Mass production 15 - 40 days after receive the deposit, it depends on the amount of the orders.

Q: How should I pay for you if I place order to you?  

A: Usually, the Payment terms Paypal, T/T, Visa, West Union could be accepted. 30% deposit in advance, 70% paid before the shipment.   

Q: What delivery ways we can use?

A: We can deliver through ship and air or express, and will recommend the best way to our customers.

Q: How about the delivery cost and tax cost?

A: Delivery cost is depend on the way, destination and weight. And tax is depend on customer's local customs.
