1.Q:Are you factory or trading company?
A: We are the factory, and we have produce such product for more than 15 years .Welcome to visit our factory at your convenience.

A: Yes, welcome sample order to test and check the quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

3.Q:What is the material of your products?
A: first Glass+brass+LED filament+ glass lamp post.Thickening glass ensures the highest light transmittance rate (99.8% or more).Brass makes the best conductivity.

4.Q:How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship samples by express of DHL, UPS, FedEx , TNT and so on . It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Large quantity by Air or by sea.

5.Q:How does your factory do to stop the products from damage during shippment?
A:We use single corrugated colour boxes and kraft double corrugated cartons and bubble pack .to avoid any damage .
