Q1. Can I have a sample order for led filament bulb?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
Q2. What about the lead time?
A:Sample needs around 1 week, depended on the samples you need. Mass order production time: 3-5 weeks, also depended on the bulbs you need.
Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit for led filament bulb order?
A: Usually 100PCS/Model, it's also ok to buy 1PC if bulbs are in stock, please confirm with us if bulbs in stock or not.
Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: For sample and small order, send by express(DHL, TNT, FedEx, UPS, Aramex, JCEX, EMS), shipping time is around 5-15days(EMS is slowest) For mass order, send by Sea(around 20-50days, depended on the destination port), send by Air(around 7-15days), send by Train(35-45days)
Q5. How to proceed an order for led filament bulb?
A: Customers need to confirm the model, wattage, color temperature, base, voltage, dimmable/non dimmable, glass color, packing and other details. After confirm the products and prices, we will arrange production after get transfer slip.
Q6. Is it OK to print my logo on led filament bulb product?
A: Yes.
Q7: Do you offer guarantee for the products?
A: Yes, we offer 1.5-2 years warranty to our products.
Q8: How to deal with the faulty?
A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less
than 0.2%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For
defective batch products, please send photos to us for our reference and will replace them in the next order.
