All of our products have at least a 1-year warranty. Pls, provide us the pictures or videos if there is any quality problem during this period. We will replace a new one to you in the next order.

5. Do I need to send the defective products back to you for the warranty?
No, you don't need to send it back for warranty. Please contact us and we will email you a brochure, guiding you on how to ask for a warranty for the defective products. If any damage happens not caused by misuse or vandalism, then we'll send you a new one.
