A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly, and we also have MOQ for this service.

A: Yes, we offer 3/5/7 years warranty to BBT LED Lights, if you need detailed about bbt warranty service, welcome to contact our sales, we have the detailed document for the warranty. 

Q8: How to deal with the faulty?

Firstly Pls send us the details about the failure LED Light information, photos, SN No., also we need to know how does the client use BBT LED Lights. 

Secondly We will check the details based on your photos and SN No., BBT has ERP system, we will track the details. 

Thirdly weill check the failure reason, if we need the failure light samples, we will require client to send us failure LED Lights samples; if client can fix the failure LED Lights, we will send the replacement accessories to client; if client can not fix the failure LED Lights, we will send new replacement LED Lights.
