A: The LED lights have two to three years warranty. If it is our quality problem, we will replace the new one freely.
Q: How long is the lifetime for the LED products?
A: The lifetime is about 50,000hours
Q: Can I buy samples before placing orders?
A: Yes, please feel free to contact us.
Q: What is your lead time?
A: For samples, the lead time is about 7days after receiving 100% payment. For small order, the lead time is 7-15 days after receiving 100% payment. For mass production, the lead time is about 30days after receiving the deposit payment.
Q: What is your payment term?
A: T/T, Western Union, L/C or PayPal. This is negotiable. For small order, 100% payment received before loading. For mass order, 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance against the copy of B/L.
Q: What is the shipping method?
