Q2: What is the Payment?
A: Usually we adopt the T/T, and we have 3 ways:
1)30% advance deposit, 70% balance payment before shipment.
2)30% advance deposit, 70% balance payemnt against BL copy.

Q3: what is the difference between with OZONE and without OZONE?
1. for without Ozone, only UV,

UV is irradiated along straight line only, cannot reach the article behind the obstacle, existence sterilizes dead Angle, but ventilated time is short, smell slight

2. for with Ozone and UV,

Ozone is a gas, can come across the obstacle to disinfection the article behind the obstacle, no sterilizes dead Angle, but need long time for ventilation, smell stronger

Q4: Because UVC is the weakest band in UV, this weak does not mean that its bactericidal effect is not good and more safe. In the case of UV, UVC can't affect human body even if it is blocked by suitable materials or a little distance away, so its safety is guaranteed. It is also very obvious for bacterial diseases. It can completely kill all the harmful bacteria in the known water and ensure the safety of drinking water

Q5: UV can be divided into four bands of ABC / D, among which band C has bactericidal effect, and band 254nm has strong bactericidal ability, which can make the link between nuclear protein and DNA break and die immediately, effectively prevent the spread of bacteria, and improve the bactericidal efficiency

A:SAMPLE: 5-7 DAYS, MASS PRODUCTION: 10-15DAYS

Q7:How to use UV lamp in your home/office?

 1,now, after work off, the coffee shop, school, hospital ...will use it in the evening. 

and when in the morning you come back to work , 99% of the virus will be killed.

2, if you use it at home, you can go to bedroom and put the table lamp in dinning room or kitchen, with remote controller to set down time 15 minutes, after  you wake up,

3.Welcome to visit.

When you come to our company visit us, we will arrange car for picking up and help you book hotel. If you want to visit the local scenic spot, our colleague will accompany you.

4. After-service

1).In production and after delivery, we will track on time and tell your goods situation.

2).When the goods arrived, if you find any design and quality question, or difference from your samples, please feel free to contact us, we will find the question and solve it with you.

5. Shipping service

1).we can book container for you, and arrange the shipment for you.

2).if ou need consolidation, we can be the leader to control all your other suppliers, collect all goods at our factory and load all of them into container.

3). we can prepare full set shipping documents to you, including commercial invoice, packing list, BL, FORM A/CO. Etc. And arrange DHL to you with the shipping documents
