1. Process of LGP , laser and V-cutting

Laser

Shanghai Edge Light is the first company in China to apply laser pulse technology  to the deisng and manufacture of LGP. The light guide dots on the surface of acrylic plates are  designed by computer and created by high temperature lasr beam.The size and sharp of dots are controlled by the energy and the off-time which are set by the adjust Laser-engraying software.

V-cutting

Shanghai Edge Light is the first company in China to apply V-cutting technology to the design and manufacture of LGP. V-cutting is the technology to carve and engrave on the surface of acrylic plates with industrial diamond and CNC machines to gererate V-groooves, of which the sizes and sharps can be adjusted accordingly to the size and thickness .
