1. Yes, this is old design, but we used the new solution to do it. Normally this size, the biggest 30W, but we can do 40W as we used Flip Chip to do it, the advantage of Flip Chip is the temperature is lower.
2. Use 50W LED chip to do 40W, the real wattage is up to 40W, so the wattage and lumen is enough.
3. The welding temperature around 80℃, it's the for the life time of LED chip and Driver.
