This surface-mount LED comes in standard package dimension.
It has a substrate made up of a molded plastic reflector sitting on top of a bent lead frame.
The die is attached within the reflector cavity and the cavity is encapsulated by silicone.
The package design coupled with careful selection of component materials allow these products to perform with high reliability.

A3: it's regular 8 months for mother give birth to baby . if the baby come out in 5 or 6 months, it will be quality problems. we need pay more money to let baby survive. and , for the baby good health, the mother give birth to him one week earlier or later all are possible.
