Preliminary Steps:

1. Read all instructions carefully and study diagrams before installing lights.

2. Check with state and local authorities for laws governing usage and proper mounting of auxiliary lamps.

3. Disconnect ground connection from battery (marked”-“) to avoid accidental short circuits before attempting to connect electrical wires

4. Route new wires along existing wiring, Tape as necessary to correct slack.

5. When running wires through the firewall, keep them away from moving parts

Mounting Lights:

1.  Drill 8mm holes for screw placement on the surface where you would like to fix the light

2.  Use the bolt to fasten the lamp, add the locking washer and tighten the bolt.

Wiring Instructions:

1. Mount switch in a convenient location where it is easily reached from the driver’s seat.

2. Wiring: White”+”,Black”-“.Attach the black wire with annular terminal to positive side”-“,white wire with annular terminal to negative side “+” on battery or ground. (Vehicles)

3. Make sure the working voltage (DC12V/24V),choose the corresponding relays.

4. Insert the lamp connector (A) to wring connector (B)

5. Turn on the stitch to make sure if the lamp works, if not, please check carefully if the wiring installing correct.

Warning:

1. Work under the specified voltage (DC10-30V)
2. This light becomes hot under continuous use, Don’t remove or touch the casing for at least 30 minutes after turning the lamp off.
3. Keep heat-sink clean and exposed to maintain air flow.

Safety Notes and Using (Please note the following safety notes to avoid malfunctions, damage or physical injury):

1. It is not allowed to use the LED work light in vehicles in road traffic.If the work light is used in road traffic the operating license will expire.
2. Only qualified personnel are allowed to work on electrical systems in vehicles. For installing the LED work light observe the regulations and safety instructions.
3. Do not modify the LED work light in any way.
4. Do not stare into the light beam. Do not use devices which can strongly focus light for viewing the light beam.
5. If you have to drill holes into the vehicle structure for mounting the LED work light, make sure not to damage the surface of the vehicle, Make sure not to damage cables or supporting parts.
6. Tighten all screws after adjustment and frequently inspect the unit to make sure that it is securely attached.
7. Do not expose the LED work light to oil. grease, dust/dirt. extreme temperatures strong vibrations and mechanical stress.
8. Do not continue to use the work light if the unit becomes damaged, Repair work must be done by a qualified service technician.
9. Do not lead the power cord around sharp corners or over hot surfaces.
10. To avoid danger of fire and personal injuries, operate the work light only with the protective cover in place and replace a broken cover immediately.
