A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

A: Samples needs 5-7 working days, mass production time needs 25-30 days.

Q3. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

A: Small order will ship for express company like DHL TNT etc. Big order will ship by sea. For sure all the options decided by you

A: Yes, we offer 5-7 years warranty to our products.

Q6: How to deal with the faulty?

A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less  than 0.2%.

    Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.

Q7: Are you a factory or a trading company?

A: We are a factory with our own foundry, machining, assembly, test and packing.

Q8: Are you able to design or produce new products for us?

A: We are always willing to develop new products according to the clients' requirements. With our own die casting factory we are able to customize items for your projects and with a much more competitive price.
