Q1: Are you a manufactuer or trading company?

A: We are a manufactuer focus on LED tube for the North American market, our products are ETL and DLC listed.

Q2: How long for the delivery?

A: We have more than 10 production line for LED tube, normally for samples it will be sent our within 7 days after payment, bulk order depends on the quantity

Q3: How long for the warranty?

A: Products is 5 years warranty. Once you find the quality issue during the warranty period, please send us the pictures or vedio for us to confirm. If it is the quality problem, we will send the new products to you for the replacement, don't undertake shipping cost.

Q4: Do you have MOQ for LED tube?

A: No need MOQ, any order we are welcome.

Q5: Can we do the OEM service, like put my logo?

A: Yes, we have supply free laser printed Logo service, and we will send the logo samples picture for you confirm.

Q6: If you attend any Lighting Fair?

A: Yes we do. We attend the HK Lighting Fair twice a year in April and in October; USA LFI Lighting Fair in May; Guangzhou Lighting Fair in June.

Q7: How to place an order?

A: After all the information have been confirmed with you, we will send you the PI through email, you could arrange payment by Bank wire, Paypal or Western Union and then email us the bank slip. We will finish production on time and send you the tracking number and we will also make a production report to let you know more detail through pictures or video.

We attend different lighting exhibition every year, such as:

1. HK International Lighting Fair twice a year in April and in October

2. LFI International Lighting Fair in May in USA

3. Guangzhou International Lighting Fair in June
