1) In the day time, the light does not switch on when       presence detected.
2) In the evening, the sensor switches on the 10% light    automatically when the light under 30lux level.
3) In the evening, when person enters the room, the         sensor switches on 100% automatically when the light   under 30lux light level.
4) In the evening, light dims to 10% stand-by level after    the hold-time.
5) As the ambient light reaches 80 lux (dawn), the bulb   will automatically switch off.

A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less
than 0.2%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For
defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution i
ncluding re-call according to real situation.
