1. Lighting fixture R&D dept with 3 engineer.
1)equiped with 3D printer, help our customer build the module of the lighting in 2 days.
2)Sphere photometric and IES test available, provide all the lighting effect design doc.
3)IC-F test ceiling, we build the ceiling with wood and insulation to simulate the downlight on the ceiling
2. Driver R&D center dept with 4 engineer.
1)We can design different driver our customer need. We have Australia Clipsal HPM dimmer.
2)EMC lab, we can pre-test the driver by ourselve.
3)Serious development process, we can control the failure rate under 0.06% in 2015, our target is 0.03% in 2016.
3. QC team
Serious QC system include IQC, MQC, FQC.

Warranty:
- customer should provide the video and photo for the problem product.
- Products returned within the warranty period must bear product number&date code
- Products of unknown sources or without valid marking will not be accepted.
- Replacement items will be sent together with customer's next order shipment

Q1. What is your main product line? A1:We mainly focus on LED Downlights(residential and commercial), also manufacture LED Highbay light and LED Track light.
Q2. Are you a factory or trading company? A2: We are factory with 5500sqm²,about 100 workers, with our own LED driver producing department
Q3. Which Certificate do you have and the main market? A3: TUV CE certificate, SAA C-TICK certificate. Our main market is Australia and Europe
Q4. How is the warranty about the products? A4:We offer 3years warranty for most products, also have 5years warranty on LED lights and Fire Rated lights, we will replace the defective parts after our approval in the next order normally
