Q1.Can I have a sample order for light?

A:Yes,welcome it.Mixed samples are acceptable.

Q2.What about the lead time?

A: 3-5days for sample. 20~25 days for mass production.

Q3.What is your moq for each item?

A:100pcs each item for formal order.

Q4.Can you accept OEM/ODM?

A:Yes.

Q5.How long for the emergency time and recharge time?

A: Mostly 2-3 hours for emergency time and 24 hours for recharge?

Q6.How to pack the items?

A:We will use neutral inner box and master carton to pack them.

Q7.Can you print our logo on light or make own designed color box?

A:Some items can be print you logo, some are not. If quantity more than 2000pcs, Color box for free.

Q8.What is your warranty for light.

A:2 years for the most. And we will provide the best after-service for you.
