Introduction To Acrylics

Chinese pronunciation of Acrylics is translated from English .Acrylics is the general term of Acrylics acids and ethyl acrylic acid chemicals ,including monomer, sheet, particles, resin and composite acrylic sheet . It is polymerized from methyl methacrylate monomer(PMMA)sheet organic glass.” Organic glass” sources from commodity name “Oroglas” a king of PMMA sheet, which take from “Organic Glass”.

Note: ”Organic glass” is not identical with acrylic transparent plastic sheet or “organic sheet” is not identical with “organic glass”.

Application of Acrylics

Acrylic is the best and most easily processed thermal plastic material in the plastics. Its original name is polymath acrylate plate and is widely used in mounting, advertising material and lamp house , daylighting cover.,daylighting ceiling, ship’s door class, door and window’s cover, wind shield , machine cover, handicraft, crystal furniture,  bathroom wares and kitchen wares.

Combustion characteristics of Acrylics sheet

Yakeli board is B1 lever (DIN4102) combustion materials, to avoid contact with fire; But yakeli board at the same time, can use flame polishing. acrylic plate burning speed and hardwood close ,but do not produce smoke when burning; After go out not smolder ,casting plate burning flame stability ,steal plate can appear flame drop, the flame retardant grade acrylic plate from the fire will be destroyed ,but since the combustion would produce more smoke.

The characteristics of acrylics sign in ,so I developed a new company to avoid flammable yakeli new plate –flame  retardant plate.

In my places and involves fie characteristics. therefore, the company in place of raw materials production above , increase the flame retardant agent and other raw materials .so that it can de fire purpose. In more to the field of fire can play more role.

Store vertically(about 10 bevel angle) ,gap of isolating plate:30cm
