2. We Send price list according to your requirement 
3. You Select products and we send you samples
4. You confirm the samples and send a purchase order
5. We send you proforma invoice
6. You arrange the payment
7. Production and shipping arrangement
8. Delivery

Sample Policy 

Samples are available in our company, we know only after sample order, our cooperation can go a further step. Normally We send free samples if the samples are not up to 10pcs. Anyway we can guarantee is that we can refund the samples cost accordingly from the formal orders. And we send samples by DHL, Fedex, TNT or UPS, shipping with customers' own account is acceptable. Lead-time is 3-5 days.

Payment Term 

1. T/T in advance (Telegraphic Transfer) for the following:
1) New customers
2) Small orders or sample orders
3 )Air shipments
2. Deposit 30%, then T/T balance before original b/l, for reliable customers
3. Irrevocable L/C at sight, for old customers and volume orders.

Warranty Service 

We guarantee the best quality products to our clients.Our warranty is one year for CFL and 2 years for LED products, liability under this waranty is limited to the replacement of any product found to be defective under normal use and with factory specifications.
