FAQ
Q: What is your MOQ? Can you do OEM or ODM for me?
A: OEM & ODM are welcomed. For stock items, we don't set MOQ, for special requirements, the MOQ depends.
Q: What length do you stock? What is the max length you can do?
A: Our standard lengths are 2m, 2.5m, some items even 3m. Max length is 5.9m per piece, with MOQ
Q: Can you customize the color, if yes, powder coating or anodizing?
A: Yes we can customize the color, we have customized black, white, blue, green for our clients. Most of them are powder coating, if anodizing, the MOQ is really high.
Q: What is your lead time?
A: We stock every item, but our stock changes everyday. Our lead time is 3-5 working days for small order with stock, for bulk orders, the lead time will be about 15-25days, depends on the order qty, if special color, length or packaging.
Q: Can I get sample before order? what is the lead time?
A: Yes we can provide samples, 20cm short samples for free with clients' freight, for longer pieces, we will charge with sample prices. Lead time 2-3 working days after paying sample cost or freight.
Q: Where is your factory? Can I visit you?
A: Our factory locates in Dongguan city, very near Shenzhen, we welcome your visit to our factory. And hope to have a chance to meet you at the professional lighting fairs in the world, like the HK International Lighting Fair, Guangzhou International Lighting Fair, light+building, LFI, Light Middle East, ect.
