Normally within 7-15 days after order is confirmed.

Q4. How can I pay for my order?
You can pay for your order via T/T, Alibaba trade assurance and etc.
But please notice that we are not responsible for any import tariff or customs clearance fees. 

Q5. Could you offer samples?
Yes, samples are accepted, but the sample fee and freight are charged.

Q6. Could you accept OEM order?
Yes, welcome! But with MOQ, which depends on your design. 

Q7. How to send the goods?
We can ship to all of the world via DHL, UPS, FedEx; also bulk cargo by air & sea.
Please notice that we are not responsible for any accidents, delays or other issues caused by the forwarder.

Q8. What about the warranty of your products?
We offer 12 months warranty for all the products except accessories.
Defective items must be returned within 7 days, all returned items must be in its original condition and packaging.
Please notice that artificial damages are out of warranty.
For the items which are out of warranty, customers need to pay freight and new parts changed's cost if need return.
