Q3.What should I do if I want to print the LOGO on the board?

A: Contact us! We recommed that the logo be printed in the middle of the board, just like the picture in the product details. You should provide the picture of logo or relative file so as to operate. The logo print is for free if you place a considerable order.

Q4.What should I do if I expect to change the color of the board?

A:Contact us! There are four addional color you can choose, orange, red, blue, green. Each color is very bright, I have the confidence to create your brand. MOQ is 100 pieces.

Q5.Can I have a sample order for led grow light?

A:Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable as well.

Q6.How to proceed an order for LED grow light?

A: Firstly, please tell us specification and the quantity you need.Then after we confirm all the details, we will draft an alibaba online order for you to confirm the order. Once the payment is received, the order will be arranged and the goods will be sent to you ASAP.

A: Firstly, our product are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate is less than 0.2%. Secondly,during the warranty period, the new lights or spare parts will be sent to you to replace the damaged ones together with your new order, or we can discuss together for a good solution according to the actual situation.
