3. Q: Can I try a sample? A: Yes. Samples for testing quality is available.
4. Q: How long is your lead time? A: 1-3 working days for samples; 10-15 working days for bulk order.
5. Q: What’s your color temperature? A: Warm white = 2700K-3200K Natural white = 3700K-4200K Cool white = 6000K-6500K
6.Q: How you can control your quality? A: IQC: Check each part as soon as they receive the raw materials IPQC: For bulk order, will make a sample and test firstly, will start mass production after approval. Aging test: Will do aging test for more than 2hours before package. FQC: Test one by one when packaging.
