What's the price terms?

EXW price or FOB price.

What is your payment terms?

Western Union, T/T and Paypal are accepted. Full payment in advance for small payment, 30% T/T deposit and balance of 70% to be paid before delivery for bulk order. 

How to place an order?

1. Contact us about the model, beam style, quantity and payment terms.

2. Proforma Invoice(PI) be made and sent to you.
3. Complete Payment after confirming the PI.
4. Arrange production after confirming your payment.
5. Delivery goods in 2-3 days for small order, 5-12 days for bulk order. 
6. Send the tracking number or B/L(by sea) to you.

What kinds of package can you provide?

Professional Packing, Packed with Anti-Electrostatic Poly bag or Cardboard. Customized box is acceptable.
What about after sales service ?

Defective rate of Tripcraft led light is less than 2%, in case you got problem light. Please don't worry.
Please provide high-definition product's photos or video to show problem. Then we will send new lights together for free with next order after we get approved from after sales department.
