Q1 : When can I receive my products?

A1: Sample order need 1 - 3 days .

Mass production need 10 - 15 workdays .

Shipping: 1)3 -5 workdays by express

2)5 -7 workdays by air

3)10 -15 workdays by sea

Q2: Where is your factory? Can I visit it?

A2:Our factory locate in Hebei Province, we are welcome every our customer visit us anytime!

Our head office locate in Wuhan city.

We own four warehouses: in Shanghai ,inWuhan ,in Hebei ,in Guangzhou

Q3: Can I get free sample? Or what is the policy of sample order in your company?

A3: Free sample policy. We will refund sample fee after our customer placing MOQ order to us.

Q4: Do you have any warranty?

A4: We will provide photos before shipping. When our customer receive product damage during shipping. Our customer has right to refuse the product and take photo of damage product. We will ask express company paying for this.

Any damage or broken when product fair use, we will send free on next order.

Q5 What is the payment term that you can provide?

A5: 100% Paypal for small order or Alibaba trade assurance.

30% TT prepayment and 70% balance payment

LC acceptable

E-checking acceptable

Any RMB/ CNY bank transferring.
