    Usually our MOQ is 100-500 pcs, but we accept lower quantity for your trial order.Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need,we will calculate the cost correspondingly,hoping you can place large orders after checking quality of our products and know our service.

4. Can I get samples?

    Sure,we usually provide sample freely if existing,we understand you need sample for promotion,but a little sample charge for custom designs.Sample charge will be refunded when your order is up to certain quantity.we usually send samples by DHL,UPS,TNT,if you have carrier account,it will be fine to ship with your account,it takes about 2-4days to reach.

5. How long is the sample lead time?

    If we have existing samples, it will take 2-3days, they are free. if you want to your own designs,it will take one week or more,subject to your designs whether they need new printing screen etc.Anyway, we will response fast to your request.

6. How long is the mass production lead time?

    It will take one month for MOQ. we have strong production capacity,which can ensure fast delivery time even you need large quantiy.

7.Which kinds of certification did you have?

    SGS, CE, UL and so on.

8. What is your payment terms?

     L/C at signt, Western Union, Alipay, T/T  30% deposite after order signed and balance payment before shipment.
