9. FAQ
Q1. Do you have IES files for your products?
A: Yes, we have all the IES files of downlight. as our tracklight and gimbal are using the same driver and led (Epistar chip) as downlight, just different design and housing.
the IES files of downlight can be used for the same wattage tracklight or gimbal light.(whish has been tested by our engineer)
Q2. what production time do you have usually?
A: Usually production time is 5-7 work days for sample order and 7-10 days for formal order.
Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit for led light order?
A: Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available
Q4. what is your failure rate?
A: the failure rate of our lights is 1/1000 - 2/1000. Several month ago, Last Sep. one of my customer in Danmark order 4700 pcs of 6w downlight. till now, I didn't got any bad feedback.
All our lights aged no less than 24 hours before shipment, the switch is power on and off automatically every 2 minutes during the aging.which can ensure all the lamps working fine even when there is a sudden power outage. during the aging, we will check the lights very carefully several times, once we find the unqualified lamps, we will replace it immediatly.
