- LCX-28L are CFC and HCFC-free polyurethane foam injected between the double walls of these boxes to ensure perfect insulation of the contents and thus preservation of vaccine quality even over longer periods of transport When used with frozen ice packs, it is fully self-sufficient with respect to the ambient environment and LCX-28L is ideal for transport stages.
