Operating Principles
Motor type laboratory sieve shaker uses vibration motor as the vibration source. The vibration motor drives the base of sieve shaker, and then pass the shaking to the test sieves which are put on the base from coarse to fine, causing the sieves vibration up and down with high frequency. Meanwhile the vibration motor mounted on the lower part(or reciprocating structure) enable the material spread out. Shaking on the sieve surface, the materials, which particle size are smaller than the aperture of test sieve, fall into the lower test sieve. Through layers of screening in the same principle, there will be the same particle size material in each sieve. So that two aims can be achieved, the separation of different particle size material, and the grain composition.
