About sample:

1. Sample cost: For our new client, the samples will be charged, and normally in double as the price we quoted. 

2. Freight cost: it can be freight collect, or we add the freight cost when we issue sample invoice, and feight will be prepaid. 

3. Return policy: when 1st order more than 10 thousand USD, and each item meet our MOQ, we can return the paid sample cost for the ordered items.
