Q1:How long you can ship my order?

A: This is depend on the order quantity.Generally, If the goods are in stock,our normal delivery time is2-5 working days ,if not ,it will take 30 to 45 days after receiving your advance payment.

Q2: What is your terms of delivery?

A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU.

Q3: What is your terms of payment?

A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages 

Q4: What is your sample policy?

A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.

Q5:What the warranty term for your products ?

A:All our products have at least 1 year warranty.Please provide us the pictures or videos if there have any quality problem during this period and you also need to cut the wire of the defective one.We will replace a new one to you in the next order,you don’t need to send it back.

Q6:Can you do OEM box?

A:Yes,we can do customer own design box.Order quantity over standard,we can do free,if not,then pay little extra printing cost.

Q7: What is your terms of packing?

A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral boxes/plastic bag and brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
