Why choose Signcomplex LED strip?

1) We do double side soldering ,but other suppliers  only do one side and don’t clean PC Board.

2) All the LEDs do reliability test, we have lighted on strip sample in natural environment for 2 years, no a single chip broken.

3) High quality PU glue has done reliability test, which proves they are strong in quality and not turn yellow after working 3 years.

4) All the strip PC Board thickness is 2 ounce.

5) With a good color uniformity of light, our color temperature are strictly divided as per X-Y axis. We seperte CCT zone in 4~5 bin zone, more dedicated than our competitors.

6) We use most dedicated voltage classification , 3.0~3.1V, for every 0.1V, we use different resistors to match  in order to avoid high currency and temperature. Most of other competitors are not able to do that.

7) The PU glue what we use is with a very good adhesive force, which can be baked under 70 degree centigrade for 24 hours without any problem.

8) The strip aging strictly conform to standard requirements, 100% aging all the strips for at least 18 hours before exporting.

9) Extremely low light depreciation, after working 2 years, photoelectric attenuation is below 5% .  

10) We done above 3 times QC test for non-waterproof strip before exporting, 6 times for waterproof strips.

11) Currently, our IE, IG, IF strip has upgraded adopting VHB glue which has a better adhesive and heat dissipation performance.

12) Signcomplex strip was already treated as A class enterprise products by China custom authority.
